Joyce M. Jenkins, DPM completed her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, Cum Laude, New York College of Podiatric Medicine and her Residency at Legacy Portland Hospitals/Kaiser PM&S-36

Member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Oregon Podiatric Medical Association

Dr. Jenkins graduated with honors from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a comprehensive Podiatric Medical and Surgical residency at the Legacy Portland Hospitals/Kaiser residency program. She is trained in all aspects of foot and ankle care, including the treatment of skin and nail disorders, bunions, hammertoes, neuromas, the diabetic foot, deformities and trauma. She earned her undergraduate degree from Mount St. Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, MD, where she competed at the NCAA Division I level in cross-country and track & field.

Dr. Jenkins enjoys seeing all types of patients and treating all types of conditions. She likes interacting with patients and feels open communication is one of the most important aspects of patient care.

Dr. Jenkins is an avid runner having been a Scholarship Athlete in Cross Country, Indoor, and Outdoor Track & Field while at Mount St. Mary’s College. She is trained in all aspects of foot and ankle care, including the treatment of skin and nail disorders, bunions, deformities and trauma. Having finished four marathons with a personal best of 3:39 in the 2006 Portland Marathon, she is currently training for this years 36th Annual Portland Marathon.

Dr. Jenkins is married. Although born and raised in New Jersey, she came to Portland for residency and decided to make it her home. She enjoys running, hiking, cooking and travel
